What You'll Do

• Assist in the hiring process by sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a large number of qualified candidates in DevOps and Security departments.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring.
• Focus on candidate experience, ensuring fast and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to effectively manage their expectations and ensure success.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with DevOps and Security hiring positions.
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including Upper-Intermediate English.

• Experience with various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of current trends in the tech industry.
