Talent Acquisition Specialist - Czech Market (Remote)
About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Laba Group in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on the Czech market and is not just about filling vacancies; it’s about partnering with the business, analytics, strategy, and developing the recruitment function. You will have the opportunity to grow, make decisions, and feel a real impact on the company's development.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for Sales Manager roles in the Czech market, including briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
- Develop effective candidate sourcing and engagement strategies: direct search, local platforms, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct screenings and interviews (competency, behavioral, case studies), assessing motivation, hard/soft skills, and culture fit.
- Coordinate the hiring process: organize interviews, gather feedback, and make joint decisions with hiring managers.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience and develop the employer brand in the local market.
- Work with analytics: track metrics, draw conclusions, and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with an international team of recruiters and participate in global initiatives.
- Ensure a steady flow of candidates during the pool generation stage.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
- Fluent in Czech (C1-C2) is mandatory; English at least at Intermediate level for internal communication.
- Self-organized, detail-oriented, and structured.
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with metrics.
- Proactive and willing to improve processes.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in the Czech market or CEE.
- Experience in mass or niche hiring.
- Interest in automation, AI, and experimentation in recruitment.
- Experience in mentoring or participation in HR projects.
