Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Remote

About the Role

Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven, and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Coordinator remote to join our amazing culture. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator remote, you will be part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows. This is a remote role in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.

What You'll Do

• Participate in our Recruit Awesome People program, promoting our colleague-first culture and referring top talent to the Talent Acquisition Team.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, and Hiring Managers to ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Assist in job posting and requisition maintenance.
• Schedule interviews via Microsoft Teams and Outlook for various time zones.
• Work with the internal team to create a positive candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Generate and analyze weekly recruitment reports to track key metrics, candidates, and job postings.
• Serve as the first point-of-contact for candidates during interviews, applications, and follow-ups.

Requirements

• High level of organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Proficient in Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize effectively.
