Tableau Analytics Manager - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Tableau Analytics Manager to join our team remotely. As a Tableau Analytics Manager, you will own our data visualization charter end-to-end, from platform strategy and governance to hands-on dashboard development and pipeline engineering. This role is critical in driving our ambition to become an AI-leveraged, data-driven organization.

What You'll Do

  • Own and communicate a clear roadmap for the Data Visualization team, ensuring it ties to measurable business value.
  • Develop governance frameworks to ensure platform stability, security, and controlled access across a distributed team.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of analytics dashboard development, partnering with Ads, Revenue Operations, and Product teams to deliver impactful visualizations.
  • Continuously optimize the visualization data pipeline to eliminate lag and improve rendering performance.
  • Work with the Engineering team to manage and upgrade the data schema, implementing ETL layers within the analytics platform.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Tableau, providing guidance and knowledge transfer to technical team members.
  • Support users in onboarding and visualization best practices using an Agile-Scrum approach.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc data analysis and the company's ongoing machine learning initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Tableau design or development experience; proven Subject Matter Expert.
  • Strong SQL skills; comfortable working with complex, large-scale data models on cloud warehouses (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery).
  • Hands-on experience with dbt (data build tool) for data modeling and transformation.
  • Ability to implement ETL layers in analytics platforms and maintain data pipelines on AWS or equivalent cloud infrastructure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Flexibility to work overlapping hours with the US team.

Nice to Have

  • Tableau Desktop Qualified Associate or Tableau Desktop Certified Professional certification.
  • Knowledge of Python, R, or Linux environments.
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts.
  • Prior experience in a product-led startup, particularly in AdTech, MarTech, or Revenue Operations.
  • Exposure to lead generation and sales funnel analytics.
