Systems Engineer - Microsoft 365 Focus (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to join our team at Pontual – IT Business Solutions. This remote Systems Engineer position is ideal for someone with experience in Microsoft 365 environments, security, and networks. You will play a crucial role in implementing technological solutions that truly make a difference for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Configure and manage Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Implement security, compliance, and governance policies within Microsoft 365.
• Administer WatchGuard solutions, including Firewalls, AuthPoint, Secure Wi-Fi, and Endpoint Protection.
• Conduct system and network audits, monitor vulnerabilities, and apply corrective measures in compliance with RGPD and NIS2.
• Create reports and dashboards for IT and security KPIs.
• Support the sales team in sizing and presenting technical solutions.
• Coordinate implementation and migration projects.
• Resolve critical incidents and act as an escalation point for advanced support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT systems administration and management.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, security, and compliance).
• Experience with WatchGuard (Firewalls, AuthPoint, Secure Wi-Fi, Endpoint Protection) or competing solutions.
• Solid knowledge of networks, firewalls, VPN, and security.
• Experience with reporting tools (Power BI or similar).
• Familiarity with ITIL and project management.
• Certifications such as Microsoft MS-900 / MS-102 and WatchGuard Certified are valued.
