Supply Planner - Remote Opportunity at Newell Brands
About the Role
We are seeking a Supply Planner remote to join our dynamic ANZ Supply Chain team at Newell Brands. As a Supply Planner remote, you will play a crucial role in translating demand forecasts into actionable supply plans while managing purchase orders and mitigating supply risks to ensure optimal inventory levels.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end supply planning for designated product categories across ANZ.
- Translate demand plans into executable supply plans and purchase orders (POs).
- Create, confirm, track, and manage POs through to inbound delivery.
- Partner closely with Logistics and 3PL providers for smooth inbound execution.
- Identify supply risks, constraints, and capacity challenges, developing mitigation strategies.
- Monitor service levels (OTIF/OOS), inventory health (DOH, E&O), and plan adherence.
- Maintain accurate planning parameters and master data in ERP systems.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Procurement, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in supply planning, replenishment, or supply chain roles.
- Firsthand experience with ERP/planning systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability.
- Excellent communication skills to work across local and global teams.
- Project experience is highly regarded.
Nice to Have
- Experience in managing supply chain for consumer goods.
- Familiarity with Back-to-School (BTS) planning.
