Supply Chain Coordinator - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at eCential Robotics. As a Supply Chain Coordinator remote, you will play a crucial role in managing supply processes within our SPINE Business Unit. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and a team of two supply chain professionals to ensure timely and quality delivery of mechanical components, electrical/electronic parts, and surgical instruments.

What You'll Do

• Manage and follow up on orders with our suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Update data in our supply chain management system.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with delivery timelines and quality standards.
• Track receipts and delivery notes, challenge supplier deliveries, and proactively address any delays.
• Ensure continuity of components within your scope and implement necessary corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in evaluating and developing supplier relationships.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to analyze supply needs and link with S&OP.
• Assist in optimizing stock levels and communicate forecasts and workload plans to suppliers.

Requirements

• Degree in supply chain management or logistics (BAC+2 or BAC+3).
• Experience in precision mechanics is appreciated.
• Prior experience or significant internship in supply chain management, ideally in a regulated field.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong analytical, anticipatory, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in French and English (written and spoken).
• Autonomy, rigor, flexibility, organization, and ability to work in a team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Lean principles.
• Familiarity with ISO standards.
