About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Supermarket Refrigeration Commissioning Agent to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning of refrigeration systems in supermarkets, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet industry standards. As a Supermarket Refrigeration Commissioning Agent, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the performance of HVAC systems and building control systems.

What You'll Do

• Conduct field surveys and assessments of supermarket refrigeration systems to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop commissioning plans and protocols.
• Perform testing and troubleshooting of refrigeration systems, providing solutions to any issues that arise.
• Train staff on the proper operation and maintenance of refrigeration systems.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Document all commissioning activities and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in refrigeration technology.
• Support sales and lead generation efforts by showcasing technical expertise.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in refrigeration commissioning or a related field.
• Technical certifications in HVAC or mechanical engineering are preferred.
• Strong understanding of building control systems and energy efficiency.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using commissioning tools and software.
• Willingness to travel as needed for site assessments.
