About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee our public transport solutions in Montesson, France. This role offers a unique opportunity to join Keolis, a global leader in shared mobility, and contribute to the transition towards sustainable transport solutions. As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing a team of 100 drivers and ensuring the efficient operation of our fleet of 60 vehicles.

What You'll Do

  • Organize and manage the daily operations of the transport team.
  • Monitor and adjust work schedules to optimize productivity.
  • Develop and manage budgets based on resource allocation.
  • Implement and oversee transport service offerings.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and manage team dynamics.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies.
  • Act as the primary contact for service providers and stakeholders.
  • Drive productivity and manage metrics related to absenteeism and safety incidents.

Requirements

  • A degree in management or a related field, or equivalent experience in team management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a diverse team.
  • Experience in public transport regulations and human resources management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in office software (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.).
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the transport sector.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of digital transport solutions and energy transition initiatives.
  • Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in public transport.
