About the Role

We are seeking a talented Cyber Security Analyst to join our team at Technogym. What You'll Do

• Design and manage the enterprise GRC program, continuously improving policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and track findings to enhance risk management capabilities.
• Operationalize regulatory intelligence, tracking new laws like NIS2 to address compliance risks.
• Ensure GRC activities meet compliance requirements such as ISO 27001 and GDPR.
• Participate in security policy lifecycle management and deliver security awareness campaigns.
• Contribute to security and compliance projects, aligning GRC activities with business objectives.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary security team across various domains.
• Stay updated on industry developments and propose enhancements to GRC processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 1-6 years of experience in information security, IT audit, or risk management.
• Working knowledge of security frameworks like NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to articulate risk findings.
• Proactive mindset with a commitment to security and compliance outcomes.

Nice to Have

• Experience with GDPR and NIS2 regulations.
• Certifications in cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, etc.).
• Familiarity with security awareness training programs.
