Strategic Sourcing Manager - Digital Retail Solutions (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager (Remote) to lead our digital retail solutions sourcing strategy. In this role, you will implement and drive the vision for strategic sourcing, ensuring we leverage the best suppliers in the market to enhance our digital solutions. You will be a key player in our global sourcing policy, working with a diverse team to create impactful marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Lead the sourcing strategy for Digital Solutions globally, focusing on digital point of sale materials (POSM) and retail hardware.
• Manage the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring compliance with contracts and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Digital and compliance teams to maintain quality assurance for hardware specifications.
• Establish standard operating procedures for digital installation and maintenance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level suppliers to support client objectives.
• Utilize BI tools to analyze supplier data and drive strategic decisions.
• Act as the sourcing subject matter expert in client meetings, providing insights into global sourcing benefits.
• Review and revise sourcing strategies to deliver best-in-class digital solutions for our clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing digital solutions, including POSM and retail hardware.
• Strong understanding of the digital solutions landscape and supply chain dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to build credible relationships with high-level stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in sourcing technical hardware, software, and service providers.
• Knowledge of installation and maintenance processes for digital solutions.
• CIPS Level 4 or equivalent procurement qualification is preferred.
