About the Role

We're hiring a Strategic AI Adoption Lead to join our innovative team at WRITER. This remote opportunity allows you to drive AI adoption across various customer portfolios, ensuring successful deployment and activation of our AI solutions. As a Strategic AI Adoption Lead, you will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and create tailored strategies that lead to measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Own activation and platform success, ensuring each customer's specific use cases are met.
• Deeply understand customer objectives and success metrics to build custom AI solutions.
• Design and execute activation strategies that drive measurable platform adoption and business outcomes.
• Implement champion programs, office hours, usage dashboards, and customized training sessions.
• Build champion communities and advocate networks within customer organizations.
• Establish power user communities that foster peer-to-peer learning and engagement.
• Lead educational workshops and live events, facilitating dynamic training sessions tailored to diverse audiences.
• Continuously improve training materials based on customer feedback and adoption data.

Requirements

• At least 9 years of experience in customer success and activation, with a proven track record of driving measurable outcomes.
• Deep understanding of customer use cases and the ability to map workflows to business objectives.
• Experience implementing activation strategies, including champion programs and workshops.
• Strong AI and technical proficiency, with the ability to scope and deliver custom solutions.
• Expertise in delivering virtual and live instructor-led workshops tailored to various audiences.
