Strategic Account Manager - Remote Role in Medical Devices
About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager remote to join our innovative team at Hologic. As a leader in medical devices, Hologic is committed to enhancing cancer care standards globally. In this role, you will drive regional growth across East Germany, focusing on improving patient outcomes through advanced technologies.
What You'll Do
- Own the sales budget and growth for your region, consistently hitting and exceeding targets.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan, dedicating at least 80% of your time to key accounts.
- Lead the full sales cycle for capital equipment (Sentimag®) and consumables (Magtrace®, Magseed®).
- Build and nurture strong clinical networks, including surgeons, radiologists, and theatre staff.
- Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and support initial procedures at new sites.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce data, forecasts, and reporting, setting high standards for the team.
- Contribute to national and regional strategic projects, attending congresses, and collaborating with reimbursement agencies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of medical device sales experience, ideally in women’s health or breast oncology.
- Proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder clinical environments.
- Experience selling capital equipment and consumables, with confidence in operating rooms.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to manage opportunities independently.
- Excellent networking, presentation, and KOL engagement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience with reimbursement processes and extensive business travel is an advantage.

- Experience in breast/gynecology consumables.
- Strong analytical and territory planning skills.
