Strategic Account Executive - Remote Role in AI SaaS

About the Role
Glean is seeking a Strategic Account Executive - Remote to drive new business and growth within our largest enterprise prospects. This role is pivotal in developing tailored strategies to break into and expand major accounts, making it an exciting opportunity for seasoned sales professionals.
What You'll Do
- Source and close net new logos within your designated territory.
- Navigate complex organizational structures to identify executive sponsors and champions.
- Research and understand customer business objectives to perform a value-driven sales cycle.
- Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success.
- Consistently over-deliver on ARR revenue targets using a metric-based approach.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline and drive sales opportunities.
- Create ROI and business justification reports based on a data-driven approach.
- Run tight POCs based on business success criteria.
Requirements
- 10+ years of closing experience in Sales with a proven track record in SaaS sales.
- Ability to learn, pitch, and demonstrate a highly technical product.
- Experience in closing complex deals and selling into complex organizations.
- Proven ability to uncover greenfield opportunities and build out a new territory.
- Previous experience selling face-to-face to C-level executives.
- Knowledge of best-of-breed software and a technical understanding of integrations, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
- Experience working collaboratively with SEs, BDRs, PMs, Executives, and Engineers.
