About the Role

As a Store Assembly Specialist, you will play a vital role in bringing our store concepts to life, ensuring each opening is a success.

What You'll Do

• Assemble new stores following our concepts, standards, and visual identity.
• Distribute products according to corporate plans and manuals.
• Prepare displays for opening day, ensuring everything is in place.
• Organize stock based on the store model, maintaining an orderly environment.
• Support local teams during project preparation phases.
• Perform minor preventive maintenance tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with the assembly team and store personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Receive refurbished stores and prepare them for public opening.

Requirements

• Energetic and committed individual with a passion for assembly.
• Strong manual skills and a technical mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Spain.
• Ability to work in a team, follow processes, and adapt to various environments.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in retail assembly or a related field.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
• Basic understanding of maintenance tasks.
