About the Role

Illumio is seeking a dedicated Staff Technical Account Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity from the UK. As a Staff Technical Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer challenges and drive product enhancements.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and health checks to ensure client objectives are met.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of our solutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Participate in training and mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical account management or customer success role, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and enterprise software solutions.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
