Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical account management or customer success role, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and enterprise software solutions.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
