What You'll Do
- Lead the execution of all Test & Evaluation tasks, ensuring adherence to technical reviews such as System Requirements Review (SRR) and Preliminary Design Review (PDR).
- Manage the baseline of new engineering projects, including labor and non-labor planning and earned value management (EVM).
- Oversee the successful development and execution of test plans and procedures, supporting program objectives.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver complex technical solutions within cost and schedule constraints.
- Implement test automation using industry-standard frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency.
- Conduct business travel up to 25% of the time to support program needs.
- Foster a culture of accountability and innovation within your team, promoting personal and team development.
- Engage in risk, issue, and opportunity management to continually improve integration and test engineering efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline with 14 years of relevant experience; OR a Master’s degree with 12 years; OR a Ph.D. with 10 years.
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance required, with the ability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams through various phases of the engineering lifecycle.
- Proven track record in Earned Value Management Techniques (EVMS) and Control Account Management (CAM).
- Excellent leadership, motivational, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Master’s or Ph.D. in a STEM discipline.
- Current program SAP clearances.
- Experience managing large budgets of both labor and material.
