What You'll Do

  • Mentor junior engineers through design planning, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in our product and technical systems, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance workflows and improve user experiences.
  • Drive the growth of Babylist Health towards achieving $200M in revenue over the next three years.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on delivering end-to-end solutions.
  • Proficiency in modern web stacks such as React + Rails, Python/Django, or Node/Express.
  • Experience in e-commerce or consumer applications is a plus.
  • Strong systems thinker with the ability to architect and deliver large projects independently.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Enthusiastic about working in an AI-forward environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with mobile development (iOS and Android).
  • Familiarity with AWS and cloud-based technologies.
  • Knowledge of MySQL and Redis.
