We are seeking a Staff Product Operations Manager to join Deel's Fintech Client Experience team. As a Staff Product Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing strong connections between our product and user-facing teams, ensuring that our product evolves in line with user needs.

What You'll Do

• Lead large-scale cross-functional projects focused on product improvement and innovation.
• Collect, quantify, and prioritize product-related challenges for consideration by product and engineering teams.
• Work closely with client-facing teams to leverage insights from customer interactions to inform product improvements.
• Drive major company launches and global rollouts, ensuring successful product deployments.
• Dive deep into data and analyze user feedback to derive insights that drive continuous product improvements.
• Design and implement complex operational systems to optimize product operations.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product operations or similar roles, particularly in fintech or financial infrastructure.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to extract meaningful insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• General technical knowledge of software development processes and systems.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Snowflake, and Datadog.
