About the Role

MetaMask is seeking a full-time Staff Product Manager - MetaMask (Sports) remote to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead product strategy and execution for our sports initiatives, driving user engagement and enhancing the overall experience for our users across the globe. This position allows you to work remotely from the USA, Canada, or Europe, offering flexibility and a chance to be part of a cutting-edge company in the crypto space.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute product strategies for MetaMask's sports-related offerings, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality products.
• Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to inform product decisions and enhancements.
• Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on user needs and business objectives.
• Analyze product performance metrics and iterate on features to improve user satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech or sports industry.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the crypto ecosystem.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
