Remote IT Project Manager - Lead Technology Projects Globally

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote IT Project Manager to join Intelligent Technical Solutions, a dynamic and growing IT support company dedicated to providing exceptional technical assistance to its clients. As a Remote IT Project Manager, you will lead client-facing technology projects in a fast-paced Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. This is an exciting opportunity to manage multiple small-to-medium IT projects, including client onboarding, Microsoft 365 migrations, infrastructure refreshes, network upgrades, and cybersecurity deployments.

What You'll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver IT projects for SMB clients.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects using ConnectWise Manage.
• Define project scope, tasks, timelines, and resource assignments.
• Track and communicate project milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Ensure seamless handoff to Service Delivery or Support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
• Partner with Account Managers and Technical Leads to align project objectives.
• Conduct kickoff, status, and closeout meetings with stakeholders.
• Identify, document, and mitigate risks before they impact schedule or quality.
• Uphold ITS’s quality standards and process discipline across all project engagements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or IT consulting firm.
• Proven success managing multiple concurrent client projects.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience managing client onboarding and technology refresh projects.
• Proficiency with ConnectWise Manage and documentation tools like IT Glue.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Nice to Have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework.
