About the Role

Mozilla is seeking a talented and experienced Staff Data Scientist to join our Revenue team. This is a full-time remote position based in the USA, where you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decisions that impact our revenue strategies. As a Staff Data Scientist, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling to provide insights that will shape our business direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a focus on revenue-related projects.
• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the tech industry, preferably within a SaaS or B2B environment.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
