About the Role

We're hiring a Solutions Engineer - Remote to join our expanding team at Gatekeeper. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the primary technical contact for our customers, ensuring they achieve their strategic goals with our AI-powered platform.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the key technical point of contact for your customer portfolio, managing day-to-day technical actions.
  • Guide customers through their implementation journey, ensuring they meet key goals and adoption metrics.
  • Translate customer business processes into efficient workflows using Gatekeeper's features.
  • Provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting issues and collaborating with the Gatekeeper team for effective resolutions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and champion their requirements.
  • Monitor customer health, identifying opportunities for optimization and raising any risks to the Senior Solutions Engineer.
  • Document customer configurations and interactions meticulously to ensure transparency.
  • Support the renewal process by preparing data for strategic business reviews, demonstrating long-term value.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in SaaS implementations.
  • Passion for helping customers succeed and an interest in SaaS customer success models.
  • Experience in achieving implementation milestones and driving Time to First Value.
  • Analytical mindset with a love for learning new software and configuration management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Clear communication skills, comfortable in customer-facing interactions.
  • Excited to build a career in customer value and eager to learn from senior team members.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Vendor Management or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
