About the Role

Alteryx is looking for an experienced Alliance Manager - Databricks Partnership to join our remote team. In this role, you will lead and scale our global partnership with Databricks, focusing on driving measurable revenue impact and developing a multi-year alliance strategy. What You'll Do

• Lead and scale the global partnership with Databricks, ensuring alignment with executive leadership.
• Develop and execute a multi-year alliance strategy that includes measurable pipeline and revenue targets.
• Build and scale repeatable co-sell plays to maximize partnership effectiveness.
• Implement structured field engagement models to activate leading SIs around Databricks-centered solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align strategies and objectives.
• Define KPIs across pipeline creation and revenue influence, ensuring accountability and transparency.
• Travel as needed for regional activation and partnership engagement.
• Support a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that values collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of alliance or partner leadership experience, with a proven track record of success.
• Experience in operationalizing partnerships into effective field motions.
• Strong understanding of data platforms and analytics, with the ability to influence sales leadership.
• Analytical mindset for measuring pipeline impact and balancing executive strategy with tactical execution.
• Willingness to travel globally as required.
