What You'll Do

  • Provide strategic oversight for onsite and virtual events, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy.
  • Mentor and manage a marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Utilize data to refine targeting and messaging strategies, ensuring campaigns resonate with the target audience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Experience in managing event marketing programs.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with strong project management abilities.
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation and buyer personas.
