What You'll Do

  • Participate in system architecture discussions and technical design reviews to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of our returns system.
  • Enforce clean code practices by conducting thorough code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business goals into technical solutions.
  • Utilize AI-assisted development tools to streamline coding, debugging, and testing processes.
  • Support system health through testing, monitoring, and debugging to achieve our mission of making returns beautiful for shoppers and retailers.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in full stack web application development.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and testing REST APIs.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Strong interest in working collaboratively with Product Managers, DevOps, and QA Engineers.
  • Curiosity and adaptability to explore new technologies and tools.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment.
