Social Media Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at Damm & Bierbaum. In this remote Social Media Manager role, you will develop social media concepts in close collaboration with the creative team. You will manage and create editorial plans, develop content campaigns, and oversee social ads. Your insights into current social media trends will help shape our strategies and enhance our brand's visibility.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and create editorial calendars for various social media platforms.
• Monitor, optimize, and report on social media ad campaigns.
• Identify and leverage current social media trends to keep our content fresh and engaging.
• Act as a sparring partner and idea generator for all social media-related matters.

Requirements

• A completed education or degree in communications, media studies, marketing, social media, or a comparable field.
• Proficiency across all major social networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Xing, TikTok, YouTube).
• Experience in creating and managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Facebook Business Manager and Facebook Creator Studio.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
• Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
