About the Role

We're hiring a Social Media Coordinator - Remote to join our dynamic team at Achieve. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, publishing, and managing engaging content across various social media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute content planning and publishing schedules for social media.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging multimedia content that resonates with our audience.
  • Engage with creators and influencers to expand our reach and collaboration opportunities.
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions in real-time to foster community engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and platform best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Coordinate paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations to maximize our marketing efforts.
  • Maintain channel profiles and suggest optimizations to enhance performance.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and crisis responses as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in social media coordination or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with YouTube Studio, Facebook Business Suite, and other social platforms.
  • Experience with social scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Strong visual storytelling and basic video editing skills.
  • Analytical mindset to extract insights from metrics and improve strategies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative and adaptable to fast-moving environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for social media.
  • Previous experience in the finance or fintech industry.
