Remote Reservationist - Customer Service Specialist

About the Role

Motek Florida is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Reservationist to join our team. As a Remote Reservationist, you will manage reservations and guest communications across our Mediterranean restaurant locations. This role is perfect for someone who is guest-focused and enjoys providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Manage all incoming reservations via phone, email, and online channels.
• Answer guest inquiries regarding reservations and general restaurant information.
• Process reservation modifications and cancellations accurately.
• Monitor reservation pacing to prevent overbooking.
• Charge and document applicable no-show fees.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding charges professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles within the reservation system.
• Support management with chargeback disputes.
• Uphold Motek’s brand voice in all communications.
• Availability required during peak reservation hours.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience with reservation systems like SevenRooms or OpenTable.
• Strong understanding of cancellation policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine.
