Senior Manager, Growth Marketing - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing - Remote to join The Wonderful Company, a leader in the consumer goods industry with a commitment to innovation and sustainability. In this role, you will spearhead growth initiatives and refine our consumer marketing strategy while identifying new opportunities for product, packaging, partnerships, and category expansion.

What You'll Do

• Lead the 5-year brand planning process and execution of integrated marketing plans.
• Develop and maintain compelling brand positioning and unique selling propositions (USPs).
• Identify and drive innovation opportunities across product and packaging.
• Collaborate with various teams to develop customer-specific innovation and growth initiatives.
• Utilize category data and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships and oversee marketing budgets.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members.

Requirements

• 7+ years of brand management or growth marketing experience.
• Proven track record in new product launches.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in developing creative briefs and guiding marketing campaigns.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Collaborative leadership style with high energy and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• MBA preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
