Director of Revenue Marketing - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Revenue Marketing to join our team at WebChart. This remote position is perfect for a builder who has architected revenue engines in complex enterprise B2B environments. As the Director of Revenue Marketing, you will have the opportunity to drive measurable revenue impact and own pipeline targets while redefining our marketing-to-revenue model.

What You'll Do

• Architect and own the full-funnel revenue engine, ensuring alignment between Marketing and Sales.
• Define Qualified Accounts and optimize lifecycle conversion through innovative strategies.
• Implement signal-driven outbound programs to enhance client engagement.
• Redesign the marketing-to-revenue model for enterprise growth, focusing on measurable outcomes.
• Build and scale account-based programs (ABM/ABX) to drive conversion rates.
• Report directly to the CMO, providing insights on marketing’s measurable pipeline contribution.
• Develop executive-level reporting on ROI and marketing-influenced revenue.
• Drive measurable improvements in conversion rates through data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–12+ years of experience in B2B revenue marketing.
• Deep understanding of enterprise B2B sales cycles and strong analytical capabilities.
• Proficient in CRM and marketing automation tools, with HubSpot experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership of pipeline metrics and revenue KPIs.
• Experience implementing account-based marketing programs.
• Ability to present insights to executive leadership effectively.
• HubSpot certifications are preferred.
