About the Role

We’re hiring a Short-Form Video Creator to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will produce high-volume, scroll-stopping short-form video content for a consumer crypto app. This Short-Form Video Creator position is not about brand documentaries; it's focused on performance creative that drives engagement and conversion.

What You'll Do

  • Produce 15-30+ short-form videos per week across platforms like TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ad formats.
  • Work from creative briefs and performance data to rapidly concept, shoot/source, edit, and ship engaging video content.
  • Build a library of hooks, formats, and templates that can be tested and remixed quickly.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to understand what content is converting and optimize accordingly.
  • Source and direct UGC creators when needed to enhance video content.
  • Stay obsessively current on trending formats, sounds, and native platform patterns to keep content fresh and engaging.

Requirements

  • A portfolio showcasing short-form work with demonstrable performance results (views, engagement, conversion).
  • Expert-level proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects for fast turnaround editing.
  • Strong instinct for hooks; you understand that the first 1-2 seconds determine everything in video engagement.
  • Comfort working at high volume with rapid feedback loops.
  • Understanding of direct response principles, even if you wouldn't call it that.

  • Experience in gaming, fintech, or consumer app verticals.
