About the Role

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team at AlphaSense, a leader in AI-driven market intelligence. This remote Pre-Sales Consultant role is pivotal in helping our corporate clients leverage our platform effectively. You will engage with decision-makers, demonstrating the value of our technology and driving new revenue opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Account Executives to conduct seamless product evaluations, driving new business revenue growth.
• Build and curate corporate use cases by understanding clients' unique research workflows and pain points.
• Engage directly with corporate professionals to forge and maintain strong client relationships.
• Translate client feedback into actionable insights for cross-functional teams, informing product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Champion the client's perspective, playing a critical role in defining future use cases for AlphaSense.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales or consulting role, preferably in AI or market intelligence.
• Strong understanding of corporate workflows and decision-making processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at all levels.
• Proven track record of driving commercial outcomes through effective product evaluations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector.
• Familiarity with healthcare, energy, or consumer packaged goods industries.
