Treasury Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Treasury Manager to join our team remotely. As a Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for the full execution of outgoing payments, ensuring they are accurate, compliant, and on schedule. You will also control incoming payments and track cash inflows, making this a vital role in our financial operations.

What You'll Do

• Execute outgoing payments accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Control incoming payments and track cash inflows to maintain optimal cash flow.
• Record all treasury transactions in 1C based on bank statements.
• Manage cash flow accounting within the management reporting framework.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in treasury processes and drive improvements.
• Provide ad hoc finance reporting and support tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting logic and transaction flow.
• Experience working with bank statements and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of 1C is a plus.
• Intermediate+ English proficiency is required.
• Ukrainian language skills are required.

• Experience in a similar role within the FinTech industry.
• Familiarity with international payment systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
