Shipper 1 - Logistics Specialist (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Shipper 1 to join our logistics team remotely. The Shipper 1 position is crucial in ensuring the timely and accurate dispatch of durable goods from our manufacturing facility in Germany. This role involves coordinating shipping schedules, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. As a Shipper 1, you will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and optimizing shipping processes to enhance overall operational efficiency. By effectively managing the shipping workflow, the Shipper 1 will contribute to customer satisfaction and the company's reputation for reliability. What You'll Do

• Prepare and package products for shipment according to company standards.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Collaborate with team members to improve shipping processes and resolve any issues that arise.

Requirements

• German education as "Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik" is helpful but not required.
• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with logistics providers.
