What You'll Do
- Handle warm inbound calls and close them end-to-end, ensuring families feel supported and informed.
- Guide families through cremation options with unmatched hospitality, making the process as smooth as possible.
- Follow up consistently via phone, text, and email to maintain strong relationships.
- Hit revenue targets while maintaining strong close rates, contributing to the company's growth.
- Navigate a multi-tool workflow using HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, and Slack to manage leads effectively.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2C sales experience, demonstrating your ability to connect with customers.
- Strong written and spoken English skills to communicate effectively.
- Confident and empathetic communicator, able to handle sensitive conversations.
- Self-driven and emotionally steady, with a passion for helping others.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRMs to streamline your workflow.
