About the Role
We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Technical Architect - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow to design and implement solutions that enhance IT service management and streamline operations. What You'll Do
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with existing systems and processes.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical recommendations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Engage with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement ITIL best practices within ServiceNow to optimize IT service management processes.
- Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on ServiceNow functionalities.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements to provide innovative solutions.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user guides.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Architect, with a focus on ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and IT asset management (ITAM).
- Proficiency in JavaScript and web services integration.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication and client consulting skills.
- Relevant certifications in ServiceNow and CIS are a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Pega and case management solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and enterprise architecture.
- Familiarity with IT operations management (ITOM).
