About the Role

We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Technical Architect - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow to design and implement solutions that enhance IT service management and streamline operations. As a key player in our organization, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with existing systems and processes.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical recommendations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Engage with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement ITIL best practices within ServiceNow to optimize IT service management processes.
  • Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on ServiceNow functionalities.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements to provide innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user guides.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Architect, with a focus on ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and IT asset management (ITAM).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and web services integration.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent communication and client consulting skills.
  • Relevant certifications in ServiceNow and CIS are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Pega and case management solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and enterprise architecture.
  • Familiarity with IT operations management (ITOM).
