What You'll Do
- Lead and coach a high-performing DevOps customer support team to deliver exceptional managed services.
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Understand customer needs and oversee service delivery aligned with business objectives.
- Manage escalations effectively, ensuring quick resolution.
- Own SLAs and budgets, driving efficiency and cost optimization.
- Analyze feedback and continuously improve services through creative solutions.
- Collaborate across teams to define service standards and resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions, including Azure and Dynamics 365.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, ISV solutions, release waves, and One Version updates.
- Familiarity with Lean, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and project management principles.
- Senior-level experience managing customer satisfaction, service quality, and escalations.
