What You'll Do

  • Lead and coach a high-performing DevOps customer support team to deliver exceptional managed services.
  • Build strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Understand customer needs and oversee service delivery aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage escalations effectively, ensuring quick resolution.
  • Own SLAs and budgets, driving efficiency and cost optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions, including Azure and Dynamics 365.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, ISV solutions, release waves, and One Version updates.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and project management principles.
  • Senior-level experience managing customer satisfaction, service quality, and escalations.
