What You'll Do

• Participate in a structured two-year program that takes you from beginner to industry expert.
• Engage in online fundamentals courses followed by a 5-week core training intensive.
• Explore various roles before specializing in one of four streams: Change Management, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Receive funding for professional certifications and one-on-one mentoring to sharpen your specific skillset.
• Deploy to real-world projects with prestigious clients across the UK.

Nice to Have
