What You'll Do

• Interface with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Verify that work was properly performed and diagnosed.
• Research vehicle history to make educated recommendations.
• Input and maintain customer information efficiently.
• Communicate with customers using telephone, email, and chat systems throughout the day.
• Schedule service appointments and manage customer expectations.
• Demonstrate high-level customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance.
• 2 years of service writing experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Strong work ethics and time management skills.
