About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Workday Implementation Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday solutions for clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions that meet client needs.
- Provide training and support to clients during the onboarding process, ensuring they are equipped to use Workday effectively.
- Conduct data validation and ensure compliance with global payroll best practices.
- Utilize your expertise in API integrations to enhance the functionality of Workday solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations based on industry best practices.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
- Stay updated on the latest Workday features and enhancements to provide clients with the best solutions available.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Workday implementation or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HRIS, global payroll, and data management.
- Proven experience in project management and customer onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Experience with API integrations and technical solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions and customer success strategies.
