Senior Women & Families Strategy Consultant - Remote

We are seeking a Senior Women & Families Strategy Consultant - Remote to join our mission-driven organization. As a Senior Women & Families Strategy Consultant, you will contribute to strategic decision-making processes that empower women and families globally.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and implementation of strategies focused on women's economic empowerment and family support.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and inform strategic initiatives.
• Conduct qualitative research to identify challenges and opportunities within the sector.
• Prepare board-facing materials and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with organizational goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, particularly in women's economic empowerment.
• Strong background in qualitative research and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in preparing board-facing materials and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in philanthropy or impact investing.
• Familiarity with funding instruments and investment funds.
• Knowledge of marketing strategy and brand management.
