About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior UX/UI Designer - Remote to join our innovative team. What You'll Do

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and gather feedback for refinement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and design systems.
• Experience in responsive design and creating designs for various devices.

Nice to Have

• Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Trello.
