Senior UX/​UI Designer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer - Remote to join our innovative team at Upstart 13. This role offers the opportunity to lead the design of high-end digital experiences that support significant fundraising initiatives. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in translating brand positioning into engaging digital journeys that resonate emotionally with users.

• Lead the design of premium, responsive web experiences that enhance user engagement.
• Translate brand positioning into emotionally resonant digital journeys.
• Design event-driven experiences that build anticipation and drive engagement.
• Create refined UI systems that balance visual elegance with conversion clarity.
• Collaborate closely with brand, marketing, and development teams to push creative standards beyond current benchmarks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing luxury or high-end brand websites.
• Experience with fundraising, investor audiences, or high-value conversions preferred.
• A portfolio showcasing elevated aesthetic judgment and strong visual hierarchy.
• Deep understanding of responsive design and interaction design principles.
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent tools.
• Experience designing event-driven or campaign-focused digital experiences is a plus.
• U.S.-based designers are welcome.

Nice to Have

• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers.
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
