What You'll Do
- Design new features from concept to final mockups, focusing on user experience.
- Redesign and improve existing pages and flows to enhance usability.
- Create and maintain the design system of the platform using Figma.
- Leverage AI tools to optimize the design process and improve efficiency.
- Design marketing assets including banners, social media posts, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Gradually take on more responsibilities as you grow in your role.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web design with a strong portfolio demonstrating aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
- Experience designing responsive applications with a focus on mobile.
- Proficiency in creating or managing design systems, particularly using Atomic Design principles.
- Excellent knowledge of Figma and best practices for accessible design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and understand technical constraints.
- Experience in creating UI specs and design documentation.
- Strong organizational skills to deliver work within deadlines.
- Preferred domain expertise in e-commerce or marketplace platforms.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI-powered workflows or Model Context Protocol (MCP).
