Senior UX/​UI Designer & Front-End Developer - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer & Front-End Developer to join our team remotely. This role is pivotal in our transition from legacy desktop tools to modern, web-native experiences that will transform how engineers model, analyze, and optimize complex systems worldwide. As a Senior UX/UI Designer & Front-End Developer, you will lead the UX vision and build scalable web interfaces that enhance user experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead the UX vision for next-gen web-based engineering tools, translating complex workflows into intuitive interfaces.
• Conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and establish design standards to ensure user-centric evolution across products.
• Build high-performance UIs using modern JavaScript frameworks (React or similar) and develop reusable component libraries.
• Mentor junior developers and influence tech stack decisions for long-term scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in complex software UX/UI with strong interaction design principles.
• Hands-on experience with modern web development technologies, particularly React.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and mentoring.
• Technical/enterprise domain experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Electron or hybrid frameworks.
• Familiarity with design systems and complex domain applications.
