Senior UX Designer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join our innovative team in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and accessible. What You'll Do

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that enhance user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development.
• Utilize tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing and functional designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate on designs and improve user satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Experience in developing design systems and visual design principles.
• Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.
• A passion for creating user-centered designs that solve real problems.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B product design.
• Familiarity with service blueprinting and customer journey mapping.
• Previous experience in a mentorship role.
