Senior Territory Account Manager - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Territory Account Manager to join our team at F5. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales strategies and achieve quotas in the cybersecurity sector. As a Senior Territory Account Manager, you will work closely with channel partners to enhance customer experiences and foster innovation in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in named accounts, leveraging your expertise to drive sales through effective account planning and lead generation.
- Utilize your knowledge of F5’s products and services to influence customers, ensuring they understand the technical value of our solutions.
- Prepare and present formal proposals to all organizational levels, including executive leadership, showcasing F5’s capabilities.
- Lead negotiations and coordinate complex decision-making processes to close sales effectively.
- Assume a leadership role in coordinating territory strategy and tactics for the sales support team, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and utilize Salesforce effectively to track sales cycles from initial contact through procurement.
- Conduct thorough research to develop long and short-range sales and marketing plans for your territory.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals while maintaining professional communication with all levels of staff and customers.
Requirements
- Several years of direct work experience in a relevant environment such as cybersecurity, AI, or cloud transformation.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Specialized knowledge in Security, Cloud, and Networking Solutions, preferably those of F5.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a strong client-focused approach.
- Ability to travel frequently within the country and to Sweden as needed.
