What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Post job advertisements and source candidates using various online platforms and databases.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical roles including Software Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and Cybersecurity Analysts.
• Submit qualified candidates and partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with offer negotiation and closing candidates.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and provide recruiting support.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical roles.
• Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting for technical roles, particularly in software engineering and cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and modern tech stacks.
• Ability to influence hiring managers using market trends and compensation insights.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting with a strong candidate experience.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics.
