Senior Technical Project Manager - Google Cloud Modernization

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager for Google Cloud Modernization to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position that offers the opportunity to work on innovative cloud solutions. As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will lead projects that focus on modernizing cloud infrastructures, ensuring that our clients achieve their strategic goals effectively.

What You'll Do

• Manage and oversee multiple technical projects related to Google Cloud modernization, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Support PMO maturity initiatives, enhancing project management processes and methodologies.
• Utilize your extensive knowledge of GCP networking, Big Query, IAM, and service modernization to guide project direction.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members.
• Drive application modernization and re-platforming efforts, ensuring best practices are followed.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or Program Management.
• Proven experience in supporting PMO maturity initiatives.
• Strong familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) networking and data governance concepts.
• Experience in network modernization and redesign.
• Background in delivering projects within a managed services or consulting environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder eligible to work on W2.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or large enterprise environments.
• Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.).
